Our manufacturing and testing equipments of wires and cables are advanced and complete in our country; our group has the first imported 220kV XLPE cable production line, which is imported from Maillefer Extrusion Oy in Finland and special kind of radiation cross linking production line with dynamitron accelerator which adopts American advanced radiation technology, we also have high voltage Partial Discharge testing equipments of HIGHVOLT Company in German and we purchase on-line derivometers of SIKORA Company in German too. Our group also has many professional technicians and skillful workers and our technology research and development center is recognized as national-level technology center. Also we base on the powerful technology support of Shanghai Electric Cables Research Institute, which can guarantee stable improvement of products quality and lay a solid foundation of Research & development of the new products.

SUVEC wire and cable manufacturing base is divided into six large individual manufacturing factories such as Wire Factory, Cable Factory, Cross-linking Factory, Rubber Cable Factory, Special Cable Factory and Conductor Factory.
Wire Factory has most advanced international Extruders, Coilers and packers integrated series group, Shielding machines, Cabling machines and wrapping machines, totally about 60 sets, which are mainly producing plastic insulated Copper or Aluminum wires and cables for fixed wiring, cables for use in instrumentations, plastic insulated control cables, flame retardant and fire resistant cables, as well as low smoke halogen free cables with various products types and specifications.
Cable Factory has more than 100 top Extruders, Cabling, wrapping machines and Armoring Group all over the industry, which fully equipped with strong production capacity of power cables for different voltages level including low voltages, middle and high voltages.
Cross-linking Factory has four Catenary Continuous Vulcanizer (CCV) production lines with most advanced technology level in the world, it is characterized by 220kV high voltage XLPE insulated power cables production line from Maillefer Extrusion Oy in Finland, it is Specializing in the production of all kinds of cross-linking power cables with different specifications and voltage levels up to and including 220kV for great customers. Meanwhile, The factory is equipped with most advanced corrugated aluminum sheath machines and 3150 drum twisting machines etc, its manufacturing and processing cycle is very short, its quality control and Supervision is very strict.
Rubber Cable Factory has large first-class banbury mixers, milling machines and so on with most advanced microcomputer automatic control system, it is specializing in the production of different kinds of rubber insulated wires and cables and whole sets of mining cables, which has first-class catenary triple-layer continuous curing rubber extruding production groups in the industry to produce rubber insulated flexible cables with excellent quality of different voltage levels. As is known to all, rubber insulated flexible cables have become our competitive products so far, because of its high and perfect quality, our cables are very famous and well-known all over China.
Conductor Factory has the most advanced conductor producing and processing equipments more than 80 totally, including Copper/Aluminum coarse wire drawing machines, medium wire drawing machines, fine wire drawing machines, bunching machines, conductor stranding machines, annealing machines and tinning ones. Our annual copper processing capacity can reach 100,000 (100 thousand) tons, Aluminum processing capacity also can reach 40,000 (40 thousand) tons, and we can also produce various overhead electrical conductors up to and including 750kV, its producing capacity can reach 20,000 (20 thousand) tons.
